PROCEDURE FOR ARTWORK APPROVAL AND ORDERING

We must have the following before your order can be processed.
You may place your order using the Online Order Form or call in your order to 1-812-663-7679.

ORDER CHECKLIST:
We must have all 3 before your order can be scheduled for production.

YOUR ORDER
Please use the Online Order Form
ARTWORK APPROVAL
     E-MAIL US YOUR APPROVALS: Send us an e-mail stating:
     "I approve artwork proof #____ with no changes" Include studio name and your name.

     APPROVE ARTWORK USING THE ORDER FORM:
     There is a section on the order form to note your approval of artwork.

PAYMENT: Once order is received, we will e-mail an invoice to submit payment through via Square.

YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE SCHEDULED WITHOUT ART APPROVALS AND PAYMENT

Artwork Design Policy
There is no charge for your artwork as long as an order for apparel is placed. If something changes and you decide not to follow through with an order, you will be charged a $50 art fee.

Artwork Proof Limit
We want you to be happy with the artwork you receive and understand that there may be changes needed to get the perfect design. We have an 8 proof limit/project for free artwork (excluding name lists). Additional art proofs needed after 8 will incur a $15/proof art charge. The easiest way to stay under this 8 proof threshold is to know what you are wanting before we begin and to be clear with the changes that you are requesting.

Artwork Ownership
All artwork created is the property of Dance World Bazaar. Art files may be purchased to use for promotional materials such as programs, tickets, websites, etc.
